Planning and Zoning Board Information
The Planning and Zoning Board is responsible for the preparation and adoption of the Master Plan, which is the guide for development of all amendments to the Land Development Regulations.
​
The Planning and Zoning Board also reviews all proposed subdivision of land for compliance with Chapter XXXV, Section VII of the Land Development Regulations, which contains all standards for development of new streets, sewers and utilities.
​
The Planning and Zoning Board is charged under the Land Development Regulations with the responsibility to review all site plans, parking projects, and major building projects for proper design and drainage according to standards.
Planning and Zoning Board Meeting Schedule
The Planning and Zoning Board meets every second and fourth Tuesday of each month.
​
All meetings are held at the Borough Hall Council Chambers beginning at 7:30pm on the night of the meeting listed above. The Board reserves the right to call for special meetings as it deems necessary. Special meetings, or changes from the schedule above will be advertised separately as required by law.
